In this list of daily habits first you should visualize your success. Many top athletes are well aware that much of our success is in our minds.
They are often prepared for more competition by visualizing their achievements in individual competitions and all training. Thus, they not only improve their readiness to compete, but also to create the conditions for a quiet performance – without nerves and fear – they are a thousand times scrolled this song in my head.
Use this habit into your daily routine – try to visualize every difficulty in advance; and when the time comes, you will be able to cope with it much easier.
